Do I have to apply to everything?
No. That is the point. You fill the profile once and roles are ranked against it, so you can spend your attention on the handful that actually fit instead of firing off twenty applications.
Why did I rank where I did?
Each role shows a fit score and the skills it shares with your profile. If the ranking looks wrong, the fix is usually a field you have not filled in yet, and the profile page names it.
What happens after I apply?
The application shows up in your list with its status, and it changes as the employer moves on it. If they message you, it lands in the same inbox rather than a personal email you have to dig through.
